July 5, 2012 – Enrique Martínez Celaya returned to Anderson Ranch to participate in the Featured Artists Lecture Series. Martínez Celaya is trained as both an artist and a scientist and brings the unique perspective of his diverse background to his art, which includes painting, sculpture and photography.

This lecture is Enrique’s first presentation on the Tower of Snow, a monumental bronze sculpture to be installed this month at the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia. Martínez Celaya is teaching a class at Anderson Ranch this summer.
