2010 Wintersculpt

Grab your buckets and your snow shovels - it's time to apply for Aspen's best snow sculpture event! Carve an 8’ sq ft cube of snow in 48 hours on the Aspen pedestrian mall. Anderson Ranch Arts Center is seeking submissions from artists and amateurs, families and businesses, young and old. Everyone is invited to participate. It only takes a good idea, a love of snow, and a few pairs of mittens.
2010 Wintersculpt Theme: “What goes around comes around”.
Participant stipend: $250 per team.
Awards will be announced on Saturday night, January 16, 2010.
First Prize: $600
Second Prize: $100
Application Deadline: November 23, 2009.
