The Early Application period for the 2010 Summer Workshops for adults, children and teens ended January 22, 2010. All requests received during the Early Application period were held until the closing date; enrollment in extremely popular workshops will be determined by lottery. Early Application candidates are notified of their enrollment status by February 12, 2010. These applicants will have until February 26, 2010 to withdraw from any workshop without penatly.
Each summer, Anderson Ranch offers more than 140 workshops taught by prominent artists and educators who share their skills and experience with thousands of students.
Workshops, which begin June 7 and run through September 24, range from one week to two weeks and encompass artists of all skill levels and experience. In field expeditions, artists learn, create and gather inspiration through contact with other cultures, landscapes and disciplines.

Students at Anderson Ranch experience unprecedented growth in studio practice and self-perception, learning to approach life and art more creatively.
In summer 2009, student surveys revealed:
