DESCRIPTION:Join us for a lively one-hour dialogue between artist Jose Dávila\, and museum director Silvia Karmen Cubiñá\, focusing on 20th Century modernist architecture and its influence on Dávila’s artworks. The conversation will be held in Spanish with real-time English translation available. The work of Jose Dávila is currently featured as part of Aspen Skiing Company’s Art in Unexpected Places program and is available for viewing at Elk Camp restaurant on Snowmass and Buttermilk Mountain Lodge. Stay and meet the artist and enjoy beer\, wine and refreshments immediately following the conversation. This event is free and open to the public. Registration is recommended for attendance.
