DESCRIPTION:An Anderson Ranch tradition for over 40 years! Anderson Ranch’s largest community event\, the Annual Art Auction & Community Picnic\, will feature more than 150 works of art in the silent auction. A highlight of the summer arts and culture scene\, the event takes place Saturday\, July 13th\, from 11AM – 3PM at Anderson Ranch. The Annual Art Auction is open to the public and will be a fun day full of live music\, children’s art activities\, a picnic lunch\, and more as part of this art-infused experience. This community event is open to the public. Registration is appreciated to help our planning process. Mark your calendar and sign up today.  Event Details: Parking: Parking at Anderson Ranch will be available for VIP passholders only. Free public parking is available at Town Park Station with service every 10 minutes to and from the Owl/Brush Creek Bus Stop located across the street from the Ranch via Shuttle Route 4. Food & Beverage: Purchase a $16 wristband for all-you-can-eat food and $6 drink tickets for beer\, wine or cocktails. Free hot dogs\, popcorn\, snow cones\, lemonade\, and iced tea! Activities: Live music\, a photo booth\, face painting\, caricatures\, lawn games\, kid’s art activities and more! Silent Auction: A silent auction features over 130 works of art by top contemporary artists. If you would like to participate in silent auction bidding\, you can register for the event and will be assigned a bid number. You may also register for a bid number when you arrive at the event. Inclement Weather: Don’t worry- we have you covered! We plan to have all of the picnic activities\, including food and dining areas\, covered by tents so please don’t let a little afternoon rain shower stop you from attending. Schedule of Events: 11AM : Silent auction\, food vendors\, and children’s art activities begin 11:30AM: Live music 2:30PM: Bidding concludes and silent auction closes 3-4PM: Check out and packaging The silent auction will be open to the public for viewing July 10 – July 13
