DESCRIPTION:The Virtual Art Salon is free of charge and welcomes all artists\, art students\, educators\, and enthusiasts. To kick off the new year\, Padma Rajendran will present her work in conversation with Artistic Director of Painting\, Drawing & Printmaking\, Elizabeth Ferrill. We invite you to join us via Zoom. Padma Rajendran lives and works in New York\, and teaches at SUNY Purchase\, Parsons School of Design\, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. She has taught workshops at Byrdcliffe Artist Residency\, Textile Art Center\, Habitat for Artists\, and the Neuberger Museum. She received her MFA in Printmaking at RISD.
