Dashiell Manley’s recent works explore ideas around significance as they relate to current events presented to us through text, image and emotion. Manley’s work is included in the permanent collections of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and The Hammer Museum. His work has been featured in exhibitions in Sao Paulo, Sydney, Torino, Vienna, Austin, and New York including the 2014 Whitney Biennial, the Hammer Museum’s 2012 Biennial. Manley holds a BFA from California Institute of the Arts and an MFA from University of California, Los Angeles. He is represented by Marianne Boesky in New York and Jessica Silverman in San Francisco.
