Support Anderson Ranch Arts Center
Anderson Ranch Arts Center is a place that inspires creativity and provides our participants with the time, facilities, tools and instruction essential to give that creativity form. As a learning community, we welcome people of every age, ability and skill level to engage in art making and discussion and step outside of their everyday lives to reconnect with themselves as artists.
Your gift – no matter the size – is important.
Each year, the Ranch relies on the generosity of our supporters to help cover costs associated with workshops, our Artists-in-Residence Program, community outreach and public events. Your gift will be used to support:
- 150 visual arts workshops taught by over 150 faculty
- 28 residencies for emerging and established artists
- 16 visiting artists projects, where artists are invited to spend a week to a month or more art in our studios
- Over 10 yearly gallery exhibitions featuring local and national artists
- Over 40 yearly artist talks, where faculty and visiting artists discuss their work
- Community outreach and collaborations with local organizations.
- Scholarships: Over 25% of our workshop students participate on scholarship
- State-of-the-art facilities

Gifts of Stock
A gift of long-term appreciated stock offers significant tax benefits. The gift is credited for the full market value of the securities, and you may deduct this full amount from federal income tax (if it is within 30 percent of adjusted gross income). Generally, the donor does not pay capital gains tax on the increased value of the securities. To ensure the transaction is handled to your specifications and satisfaction, and to receive proper credit and timely acknowledgment, please contact Anderson Ranch prior to making a gift of securities.
1: Wire Instructions for Gifts of Stock: If the securities are held by your bank or broker, it is usually best to transfer them electronically via the Depository Trust Company (DTC) system. Please instruct your broker to transfer your gift via DTC to our account.
