Expand your visual language in a unique workshop that explores the creative process and development of ideas within your personal work. In this course, we take a simple concept and explore its characteristics literally and metaphorically to expand your visual language through multiple mediums. Students are encouraged to consider various techniques to quickly work through a range of related artworks that can be further developed into a cohesive installation or exhibition.
Media & Techniques:
Bring your imagination and an open mind. We explore transmedia practice with sound capture and editing, video, photography, sculptural object making and installation design as appropriate within individual studio practices.
This workshop uses technical demonstrations, lectures, daily projects, one-on-one time and group discussions.
