Up-and-coming foodies need look no further than this enticing, dynamic workshop that explores the intersection of creativity, cuisine, culture and ceramics! Students dream up their ideal menu as we create food out of clay. Menu items may include tacos, popsicles, grilled cheese or a slice of cherry pie. We then take time to make more traditional ceramic serving items such as cups, bowls, plates and silverware. While the clay pieces are in the kiln, students design their own food truck logos, hand printed aprons, and uniquely written chalkboard menus. Let’s create some culinary art!
