Media & Techniques:
Students use digital cameras with manual exposure capabilities and Adobe Lightroom to import, edit and print images.
We demonstrate digital camera functions, shooting, image processing and printing. Demonstrations and lectures are complemented by daily field trips to explore some of the Rocky Mountains’ most beautiful areas.
Andrea Wallace is the Artistic Director of Photography & New Media at Anderson Ranch Arts Center. She received her M.F.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She exhibits nationally and internationally with numerous shows throughout the Americas, Europe, China and the Middle East.
Benjamin Timpson is the Photography & New Media Studio Coordinator at Anderson Ranch. His work focuses on the paradox of consciousness and choice making. He has published two books and received his M.F.A. from Indiana University.
