Take your portraiture photography to the next level under the guidance of two renowned digital photography pioneers in this hands-on workshop. Throughout the week, we work to achieve imagery that truly expresses your artistic vision via on-location shooting in addition to studio imaging and printing. Much of the class is dedicated to one-on-one instruction, ensuring that all individual questions and concerns are addressed.

Media & Techniques:

Students practice advanced portrait shooting techniques, natural and studio lighting tactics, editing and sequencing work. We explore in-studio fine art imaging workflow, color calibration, color management, advanced imaging techniques, output options, substrate choices, permanence issues and marketing art.

We shoot on location with models at a variety of spectacular Colorado locales. Students also learn from short lectures outlining critical issues such as color management and workflow.
