Pricing is based on double or single-occupancy lodging:
- Tuition and lodging with double occupancy: $6,950
- Tuition and lodging with single occupancy: $7,950
Payment Timeline:
- Deposit at time of booking: $1,500
- Full payment: June 1, 2026
Cancellation Policy:
As a nonprofit, we are unable to offer exceptions to our cancellation policy. The deposit, once paid, is non-refundable. Once the final payment has been processed 90 days before departure (on June 1, 2026), cancellations result in a full forfeiture. Therefore, we strongly recommend participants purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event they need to cancel their reservation for any reason.
