Your support is critical to Anderson Ranch’s current and future success.

With your generous support, we:

  • Awarded 267 scholarships to workshop participants.
  • Hosted our very first Family Residency in the fall of 2023.
  • Partnered with more than 129 colleges and universities, filling workshops with young artists from the top programs in the country.
  • Provided financial support to all 14 summer interns so they could pursue their artistic practice while working at the Ranch.
  • Offered 60+ free public programs, bringing thousands of people to campus.
  • Welcomed over 1,000 community members to the Festival del Rancho in September 2023.

Creating these transformative experiences for aspiring artists of all ages and abilities would not be possible without the generosity of our philanthropic supporters.

A gift of $25 or $100 can provide artistic supplies, $500 can help cover studio operations, and $1,000-$5,000 can fund a scholarship student. Every gift, every dollar, goes to supporting our mission of enriching lives through art, inspiration, and community.

Other Ways to Give

Gifts of Art

Throughout the year, Anderson Ranch hosts a wide range of special events, most notably, our Lunchtime Auctionettes in the summers and our Annual Art Auction every August. Our auctions feature the work of our renowned faculty, artistic staff, past residents and pieces from the collections of our supporters and the art community at large. If you have an artwork that you would like donate to Anderson Ranch, please complete the art works donation form and mail or email it to Kimmy Patterson at [email protected]. Thank you in advance for keeping the Ranch in mind for your future art donations!

One form for each contribution, please.

If you would specifically like to donate a piece of work to the Annual Art Auction, please contact our Development Office.

Planned Giving

Planned gifts can help you meet your philanthropic goals and extend your generosity well into the future. Anderson Ranch can partner with you and your professional advisors to design a legacy plan using charitable giving techniques that may preserve your wealth, leave more for your heirs, and lower your tax burdens today.

Please read about Planned Giving here to learn more.

Gifts of Stock

A gift of long-term appreciated stock offers significant tax benefits. The gift is credited for the full market value of the securities, and you may deduct this full amount from federal income tax (if it is within 30 percent of adjusted gross income). Generally, the donor does not pay capital gains tax on the increased value of the securities. To ensure the transaction is handled to your specifications and satisfaction, and to receive proper credit and timely acknowledgment, please contact our Development Office, prior to making a gift of securities.

Gifts of Real Estate

Most real estate has appreciated faster than the rate of inflation and offers great potential in charitable gift planning. We would be happy to explore with you a gift of a home, vacation property, condominium, undeveloped land, or other real estate. For further information please contact our Development Office.
