This event is free and open to the public. Guest Faculty Lectures take place in Schermer Meeting Hall.

Lauren received her Master of Fine Art in Drawing, Painting, Printmaking from Georgia State University in 2015. She was named a 2017/18 Emerging Artist and Project Grant recipient from the City of Atlanta.  She creates new systems for devalued objects, focusing on the potential ontological ramifications of a consumption-based society.

Thaddeus Erdahl is a studio artist in St. Petersburg, Fla., and teaches at Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, Fla. He has held residencies at Guldegegaard International Ceramic Research Center in Denmark and at Arrowmont. Thaddeus has had a solo exhibition at Greenwich House Pottery in New York City and was recently nominated as an emerging voice in craft by the American Craft Council.
