Join Anderson Ranch for an insightful and engaging presentation of artwork from Anderson Ranch Arts Center’s 14 new 2020 Oolite Artists-in-Residence. The public is invited to meet the residents, mingle and ask questions after the presentation.
Oolite Arts selected 14 Miami-based artists to spend five weeks here at Anderson Ranch this winter as part of its new Home and Away program, which offers artists career-advancing opportunities to participate in some of the country’s most prestigious artist residencies. Selected by a jury of curators and artists, these participants will meet with master artists and curators and have the time and studio space to experiment with new work.
Anderson Ranch’s Artists-in-Residence Program fosters creative, intellectual and professional growth for emerging and established visual artists. Residents have access to world-class facilities and studio time, free from everyday pressures. Residents can pursue interdisciplinary projects among a community of working artists, and gain feedback from prominent Visiting Artists and Critics.
