Working Beyond Our Campus
At Anderson Ranch Arts Center, we believe art brings people together, sparks new ideas, and strengthens communities. Through arts education, community partnerships, artist experiences, and public engagement, we work to make art accessible and create meaningful opportunities throughout the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.
Community Outreach
Anderson Ranch connects people of all ages with contemporary art through educational programs, scholarships, and community partnerships. From youth workshops and school programs to collaborations with local organizations, these opportunities bring art into new spaces and make creative experiences more accessible throughout our region.

~ Principal Suzanne Fitzgerald of Bridges High School
“I think being at Anderson Ranch reignited my passion for making art. As a teacher, I’m often focused on my students and their work. So getting to take a class myself reminded me of where my own love for art began.”
~ Nicole LaRose
“Our collaboration with Anderson Ranch has been nothing short of transformative. For the past four art teachers at Rifle High, Anderson Ranch has served as a vital partner, providing elite artistic programming that inspires creativity, fosters personal growth, and broadens horizons. The art teacher’s active communication with Anderson Ranch has been instrumental in creating these opportunities, which she describes as “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences for her students. The Ranch’s elite reputation has also helped teachers overcome skepticism from families, demonstrating the importance of artistic enrichment in a tangible, credible way.”
~ Art Teacher Caitlin Willard, Rifle High School
