Our Virtual Art Salon will be held online using the video conferencing platform Zoom.
The Virtual Art Salon welcomes all artists, art students, educators, and enthusiasts. This week, Yuri Kobayashi will present her work in conversation with Artistic Director of Painting, Drawing & Printmaking, Elizabeth Ferrill. We invite you to join us!

Born and trained in woodworking in Japan, Yuri Kobayashi is a sculptor/furniture maker whose work demonstrates a crossing over the field of craft, art, and design. She taught at Rhode Island School of Design for many years and held artist-in-residence programs at diverse institutes.
